Depending on the nature of duties assigned to us the latest version of the following general conditions shall apply: the Dutch Forwarding conditions, the Rotterdam Stevedoring Conditions, the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, all filed with the registrar of the District Court of Rotterdam. The conditions shall be sent upon request or can be consulted by clicking on the conditions mentioned above. If and in so far duties could have performed in several capacities, it will be up to us to determine which of the possible general conditions will apply.
